Pride has its symptoms.
Different from imposter syndrome.
Vomitting lies with confidence.
What they see as stupidity is actually tolerance.
Lack of humility.What nonsense?
Check if snubbing others will ever make sense.
You remember the man that gave you his lens?
Right now, he’s in need of help.
Are you not tired of wearing a bigger jacket?
Aren’t you tired of back bitting other people,even those capable of gifting you a private jet?
Do you need a gum for your wagging lips?
Wait, I mean no harm.What I want to give you is a tip
Imagine statement like, “if I beg am make I die”
Pride can make an illuminated figure go unrecognised.
Mother said “pride kills” and I believe it’s not a lie.
To a young lad with pride, don’t you think you are risking your life?
Do not ask me how.
Or divert it to why.
I heard it from my brother’s wife.
And I saw it with my own eyes.
Fear this sickness that kills starting from within.
Remain humble even if you are eventually made the king.
This is my little advice for you.
A man with pride is divinely seen as a fool
It doesn’t matter if it’s accepted by you,
The truth remains the truth.
